Frederic Tesfay is a Project Manager focused on project implementation who has been with GIZ for nearly 8 years. A Mechanical Engineer by education, Frederic immediately went into project management within the field of construction; having worked two years in the US and a further five years for GIZ in Africa. After developing a strong focus on monitoring and controlling, he successfully began managing a variety of projects in the field of technical education and capacity building for GIZ in Asia.
Through his personal and professional cultural experiences, he has gained a great understanding of the cultural intricacies, which are a strong factor in his past success. Frederic joined the Sustainable Mobility Project in May 2018 and is working hard to support the successful execution of projects and advancement of Sustainable Mobility Projects.
